This notice covers www.vytivo.com, the corporate website of Vytivo, Inc. Vytivo’s products, PracticeHQ and Vytivo Connect, are covered by the PracticeHQ Platform Privacy Notice and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
What we collect when you visit
Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives standard web-server logs for each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the referring page. This site runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or session replay, sets no non-essential cookies, and does not use browser storage.
When you book a call
The booking form is provided by Cal.com. The name, email address, notes, and times you enter are stored by Cal.com and shared with Vytivo so that we can hold the meeting and follow up. Cal.com may set cookies within its booking window under its own privacy policy.
When you email us
Messages to our @vytivo.com addresses are delivered through Google Workspace and kept as long as needed to respond and keep a record. Please do not include clinical information in ordinary email.
